I know you're kidding, but HA is one of the guys in town I generally hope isn't making their shit hazy, since they're who I turn to when I get sick of the joose.

I agree wholeheartedly on Daisy. It's fine but doesn't wow me, whereas I find the rest of their portfolio largely great.

 

Plus, it’s name after a bomb. We have had too much violence - let’s change it to Renewable Energy! I’ll start a petition.

I dunno man, I've posted a lot.

In fairness, I like DC fine, I just don't like it enough that I'd want to drink it over something else HA brewed. Occasionally at office parties it would be the best beer we had to drink, and I happily had it then.

My guess is that almost all beer glasses that style hold around 12 oz. Partially because bigger than that they become unwieldy, and partially because glasses larger than that (in the style) lend themselves better to wine.

 

I'm not sure it's even 12oz. I have the same style glass from Bissell, and although it's #CrownPour #SkyPour4Life you can still see how small it is in relation to the 16oz can. I'd say it maybe only 10oz.

I always do aggressive pours to release as much aroma and CO2 as possible (minimizes the bloated feeling). Eventually I started playing around to get those 'crowns' above the glass.

Ahhh yes, fun with beer.
