The first reviews in this thread have made me even more confused on whether I want these 2 beers or not...

 

Without actually counting, I’d say about 8-10 cases of each were on the floor at BC last night shortly after 9pm. However, there was a line that stretched to the door, plus they were open for business for almost another hour

 

Did they not sell out last night?

I might swing by for the draft event tonight, but we’ll see how crowded it is.

 

I think it means Sean is shady as f*ck. Generally people who go out of their way to convince you they are honest are the most dishonest people out there....

 

quitting without notice and then doing a fucking podcast a day later solidified that for me.

 

Yeah it settles down after a while. I ended up dumping about 5oz of Marmalade. It was like drinking aspirin dust.

I think I'll truck chase just to buy a 4 pack so I can throw it out based on this.

 

Anyone know when Grand Binny's supposed to get it? Planning to stop in during lunch but wasn't sure if others already know

 

According to reddit, Prestige in Westmont got 36 4-packs and 5 glasses. Not sure if that’s per beer or total.

 

I'm curious as to how it works in this scenario where Phase 3 is brewing at LZBC & selling draft there. Does Shaun have to "sell" a keg to LZBC for them to sell draft & then LZBC sees the profits? If I go in & buy three drafts, 2 LZBC & 1 Phase 3 how does Shaun see any of those draft sales profits, if at all? Genuinely interested in how that works

Open Bottle is selling mixed 4 packs, 2/2 tomorrow (friday) starting at 3pm.

Limit 1 mixed 4 pack each.

 

As of ten minutes ago, Schaumburg Binny's did not receive any (yet). No worries, they were loaded today (Dreadnaught, Pipeworks Simcoe, Hubbards Cave V5, Dovetail cans, you name it).

 

Ah yes, I can't wait to hear they are at the binnys on grand and by the time i takes me 10 minutes to walk over there, they will have been sold out for 9 minutes.

 

For anyone worried about missing this drop, fast forward one year in your mind and try to envision if you'll actually be sad that you missed this one. I'm sure it'll be good, but I'd guess he ends up putting out 2-4 IPAs per month, so there will be plenty of chances to get some.
