Hi all, visiting from NY this weekend and planning on going to the release for the puff bottles. Any info/recommendations on how these releases usually go? How early do people typically line up?

 

Line up varies by the bottle being released. Hard to tell on this one.

But as long as you there before 730....you should get an allotment

Yes, TBBW this year, but only for AC’s party participants.

Wondering if anyone can help me out here - I have an opportunity to trade for a bottle of Krampus, and there's a review on this site suggesting that the most recent batch might be infected. Have there been any other reports of this?

 

That review was regarding last year’s batch. AC is thankfully really anal with their quality control so I doubt there was an infection. And green peppers on the back end doesn’t sound like an infection. Some of the adjuncts had probably just faded and it took on some weird notes. The latest batch is better anyway. I’d say go for the trade. Cheers!

 

OK, thanks for the input! I thought the review was weird, because I've had infected beer before, and it just tasted sour.
