Three Chiefs (2019)

There are always around 4 or 5 Three Chiefs hoppy beers on tap in the tasting room during the posted hours. Other than that what @Hype_Train said.

I don't know about you, but brewers don't offer me free pours and swag when I show up to their releases, so yeah, I'd call that clout though there's probably a better word for it.

Just happened to open this and GJG blind earlier today, and all 5 people voted GJG as the easy winner. If it wasn't for the perceived "rarity", the hype for Three Chiefs would be non-existent.

 

You clearly didn't grasp the point I was driving at - there is no good answer to your question. Most of the participants in this thread are either fans who will sit in line for hours for the chance to buy a bottle, or people who are shitting all over the brewery without ever trying the beer. Neither group is going to give you a worthwhile summary of the actual beer, so you can either read the thread for entertainment value, or walk away with the understanding that the brewery is massively polarizing.

 

Calling @Xul out as not being helpful, does speak for itself.

If you read his response closely, you will deduce that we have beat that horse to death and would like to move on.

 

Awesome! Another brewery for me to hate. And here I was thinking that list had already gotten too long.

 

For what its worth, the one beer of theirs's I had, I rated as "very good" and I will continue to revisit them when the opportunity presents itself.

As for standing in line for hours, that's unlikely to happen. I simply don't have the time or the inclination.

 

So.. how bout that Three Chiefs beer?

So the easiest way to get Three Chiefs is to have connections and trade for it. To try a brewery that's in my city.

 

Nah man, it's to join HPB Bottlefriends. Tried my first Three Chiefs at the anniversary festival (all bottles they brought, multiple times) and looks like we'll be getting first crack at the Three Chiefs collab next member allocation. First and second time I'll be trying Three Chiefs.
