I'm in...been wanting to try sabro. Tho i guess it would be interesting to see how easy it is to pick out with citra and galaxy in there.

Haha in the past this would’ve been a no brainer but I just bought a bunch of beer up in CT last weekend and Kane puts out so much beer now that I didn’t feel too bad passing this time.

 

Fyi party wave is sold out already. Forgot they opened early for the last brunch pickup. Sounds like it sold out right around reg open.

 

Any Velvet Glove left? Tempted to make a trip up for it but not sure if I’ll have time this weekend.

Opened a Outer Reef sat night, I thought it was okay, but not great. I prefer Third Reef, or at leat what I remember of it. Grabbed some Party Wave too b/c Party Wave

 

I thought outer reef was good but I don’t think it hides the alcohol well. Halfway through the can I was getting a little burned out on the taste.

 

agreed, i had it right after a Promises to Keep from Tree House so I might not have had a fair assessment of it either, I'll need to revisit

totally agree with this and @DrederickTatum, pretty bummed out as it sounded great and I'm a big fan of third reef. now I have to choke down a few 4skis

Yeah I'm glad I got just 1 4-pack

 

I feel that way about all Triple IPAs for the most part. The high ABV is just too much to for me to consume more than 1 in a sitting. I'd never get more than 1 four pack again. I bought 2 (maybe 3) packs of Third Reef last year and I struggled through them. Pretty sure I ended up drain pouring () a few cans 2-3 months later because it turned into a strange, barleywine-that-isn't-really-barleywine kinda thing
