New Stillwater sour. This was awesome. Fantastic fluffy head retention/thick foamy lacing. Aromas and flavors of big juicy/tart/tangy blueberries, fruit skin/seed, lemon, lime, peach, plum, pear, apricot, red/green apple, currant, red grape/wine, hay, straw, and grass; with moderate vanilla, cream, biscuit dough malts; light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tart/sourness, fruit tang, and light spiciness on the finish. Medium-plus carbonation, medium body, and fairly crisp finishing. Creamy/bready/grainy oats/lactose; some lactic acid, and fruit tang/tannins in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing acidic/tangy dryness. Very smooth, pretty refreshing, not overly lactic, 6%. Awesome balance of juicy/jammy blueberries, and Lacto complexity; with a nice lactose and oat/malt backbone against acidity. Mild residual sweetness with crisp acidic dryness. Another spot on kettle sour as usual. 4.13

After seeing your post I had to listen to this ..

 

Sounds about right. My job here is done.

 

I could easily drink a 12 pack of these

 

Hopefully this 50 day old DIPA won’t kill me.

 

After the Caps unceremoniously exited the playoffs, I was unsure who to root for. I loved watching CBJ beat TB, and love an underdog. OTOH, I am an ex-Bruins fan. Marchand makes it hard to root for a team I now know so little about, especially after the latest sucker punch.

 

I heard it might taste like.....

Ha! Better than, what was it, Alpenflo or something?

 

I like this beer a lot ...

 

I think it is, it has more body.
