Phase Three Brewing (2019)

a friend of mine was there once, and the bartender (the only guy working there) helped someon carry some shit to their car, which as like half a block away. So maybe this is some hard lessons to learn about running a shop. That being said, it's a real dick move on the person/persons who did it.

 

2 cases? Big deal.

A small business had a couple hundred dollars worth of product go missing?!.............. I remember the first time I did inventory......

 

These thieves could have redeemed themselves by taking all the Protocol & using it to clean an engine, or some other more useful activity than drinking it.

 

Anyone try the Chocolate Covered Salted Pretzel Stout?

 

Drank both and liked them quite a bit.

I like this push towards less saccharine, more carb’d NEIPAs.

 

That was my selling point on these beers to friends. Agreed. I hope this continues

Cracked my other can of Marmalade and this shit got real good. As long as the burn stays away as the beer warms up this is exceptional.

 

Sounds like new beer next week

 

I tried my first can of Marmalade yesterday, I held off for a while because of all the comments about the burn. Wow, it was really good. Super soft pillowy mouthfeel but with good hop bitterness and not much sweetness. I did get a tiny bit of burn, but not until the 2nd to last sip.

 

I keep trying to get my wife to drink good hazy IPAs because low IBUs. She hates bitterness of IPAs. She has never liked one until marmalade and she really enjoyed... She didn’t like tree house, trillium, or other east coast beers I’ve made her try. I really enjoyed as well, but should be a testament. I get it, maybe not the haze boiz Ring of Honor, but definitely a high quality IPA

 

I wasn’t sure if the Brickstone collab would be one you’d have to rush out for but if it’s coming out with the other 2 new ones then we have our answer

 

The most prestigious club in the land. Something most of us can’t even dream of making it into.

 

Those who held Marmalade have been rewarded based on my can today. Protocol? It actually probably went backwards for me. In any case, I still have faith in their hops as they grow comfortable on the system

 

I'm still holding my Protocol for the same reason I held the Marmalade for a while. I guess I'll never know what I missed?
