I can never remember what time zone you are in.

Hint 1 - shipping 2 or more states away but less than 4 states away
Hint 2 - shipping to a state with at least 3 syllables (sorry Mike)
Hint 3 - I joined BA before my target
Hint 4 - my target is also a slacker
Hint 5 - I have ticked that handshake

I've got it narrowed down to 13 possible sUnders. Better hints are needed...

 

Not sending to Merv

 

Not sending to anyone with an M in their username

 

Hint #1 - North is not the direction in which I am shipping
Hint #2 - Just in case it wasn't obvious, I'm not shipping East either
Hint #3 - Both the National Football League and Major League Baseball are represented by exactly one team from my target's state
Hint #4 - 1 of the teams referenced in the previous hint is in the American League or Conference, the other is in the National League or Conference
Hint #5 - 4 states are still left as possibilities for my target's home, although not all are necessarily represented in this BIF round
Hint #6 - 5 people left was my intention, because my first two hints were really referring to the PRIMARY direction. But while I inadvertantly DID eliminate three other targets, other folks have narrowed it down correctly. So much for my effort to troll @NJB145

Hint #7 -- I am NOT sending to a state that is part of a Monopoly property's name

 

Hint #5 - My target username and my username have something in common

I'm so bummed that I didn't pay more attention to Nate's "Northness" relative to mine, especially since my scrabble hint works for both of you...

Unrelated, I've got myself down to six possible senders, with a clear favorite.

And working on my target's box -- I think I've got eight bottles identified, the other four-ish will depend on what fits where...planning to ship Monday or Tuesday.
