    12 oz. can.
    Moderate pour yields a one inch white head over a light straw colored, nearly bright, body with scant lacing. Head dissipates to a ring in a few minutes but always comes back nicely with a few swirls. Nose is kind of a musty hay with a little white bread. Taste is a nice, smooth blend of light hops and light malt with a slight hoppy, crisp, and dry finish. Nice feel and overall, this will be a wonderful summer session ale. Cheers!

    A bit earlier than I prefer to have a beer, but all of my responsibilities for the day have been completed. Watching MLB network, as per the norm, while contemplating the finer nuances of perfectly executed NEIPA. Cheers!

    Clear, golden body; dense, frothy white head. Little aroma; faint cereal grain. Clean and bitter taste; light malt base with some low-key ester fruitiness. Medium-heavy body; bright and crisp.

    A very clean and appealing IIPA. On-tap at the N3 Tap House in Colorado Springs.

    Nice! One of the best Trappist beers in my opinion.

    Some Trappist beers tend to come and go. Orval, and maybe Rochefort too, stops producing beer when they more or less break even economicly. Brewing monks return to praying and other monastery tasks. Beer is harder to find at those times.

    Having a hard time finding Orval around here at the moment.

    I was actually going to the store only to find Orval, alas right when they get a couple cases, some idiots decide to buy them all leaving us peasants in the dust :wink:

    Hence I couldn’t find Orval today either. A tough one to seek out.

    You know, I’ve had a number of beers I hated but a drain pour is a tough one for a greedy person like me. I was able to down Habanero Sculpin but I certainly didn’t like it a lot.

    I am not a fan either, but I'm tired of the BS. And they wonder why I drink Head Hunter so much. I also don't care for cashmere hops at all. Coconut notes have no business being in IPA, period. This is a disgrace to milkshakes.

    This is a milkshake done proper. It has the look, smell, taste and feel. After dumping two beers consecutively (a first for me), I can finally enjoy a beer the way I want to. Cheers, everyone!!!
