Not rude at all. I answered you and said it does not make you sick, go ahead and drink it. I said I was surprised someone working at liquor store would not know this especially your boss. I don't think that is rude by any means. And being around the site for some time this is almost a daily occurrence by folks who either were former members or from another site I won't mention. This other site even has a thread up with all their posts of how they screw with BA traders, etc. So it is a common problem around here.

I just popped one of those not long ago to see how it kept over the years, although it was differently cellared. It was good, softened into the likes of a Flanders or Oude Bruin style sour, very soft on the palate with an aged fruit sweetness and minimal funk. Enjoy Ross.

The beer was very good. I dont feel like it turned at all. Very good taste for a higher abv sour. The sour was front and center. Not hoppy but the age played a part in that. Over all awesome brew thanks for the impute guys.
    Notes:apple, apricot, kombucha.
