I think it will be fine with a year of age but not sure how it will evolve. It’s very enjoyable right now.

:heart_eyes: Love gather. Went today and thoroughly enjoyed myself as always. I’m not sure there’s a brewery I’d rather go to than FF. Maybe Hill farmstead.

I’ve said this exact thing to a few people. Had the pleasure of visiting cause family lives close by. It is a special place and I hope it never changes. Hopefully I make it back next time I’m up there. Cheers.

I admit I can speak in Hyperbole from time to time, however I was referring to the brewery experience at FF and to those specific IPAs at NEBCO .

On a separate note, the Dwell cans I got 2 weeks ago was unfortunately some of the most disappointing stuff ive had from them. I thought the carb was off and the beer tasted flat in general. Not sure if anyone else experience this. First time ive really been unhappy with one of their offerings.

Surprised about the Dwell. I bought cans on multiple days since the release and all have been fantastic. Carb was fine and hops were bright.

Huh. Maybe my palate was off for whatever reason. The beer was "bad" or tainted per se, but it just tasted like a below average new age pale ale to me.

Looks like Fox Farm picked up Mike Webster from Tree House

Visited (for the 2nd time) this afternoon. This has to be one of the top 2 or 3 beer locations in the Northeast. The building is gorgeous, inside and out, the beer is fantastic, and the service is top-notch. The whole place just exemplifies New England.

Also, Alta is legitimately one of the best beers I've had in a long time and I'm disgusted with myself for only getting a few cans.

Great to hear. Its a special place. Grounds, beer, and especially the people. I also think its a top 3 brewery experience in the northeast.

I just hope it continues to stay relaxed and quite like it typically is now.

Viridescence is delicious. Love that Nelson

Great to see Mike at work in his new gig. Progress on the new Barrel house is impressive. All in all, such a chill place. Happy for those guys.

Fox Farm is a rare brewery that seems to have an almost 100% approval rating.

Difficult to find anyone nicer than Dave (manager) in the region, and it trickles down to everybody who works there. Always a pleasure to visit.

Had my first Fox Farm last night. Burst was on tap at Augurs Well in NYC and it was phenomenal! After reading the comments in this thread I am determined to get up there before the end of Summer.
