I pretty much just use Pepper Plant. Occasionally I will use some of that stuff from the Hot Ones youtube show, but that is really just basically hot sauce with not a ton of additional flavor. Hot for just being hot.

I know @Black_Rider makes his own. Stuff he gave me was quite delicious, but he said he modified the recipe on one of them, so I will need to give it a shot again.

Seeing Black_Rider's hot sauce pics on IG makes me jealous. Also, everything else he posts.

Wait, I missed something. Which flavor of Pepper Plant is the consensus go-to? Or all they all good?

I no longer consume it, too salty. This is my go to:

    https://www.amazon.com/Arizona-Peppers-Chipotle-Habanero-Pepper/dp/B0096MR0KG

Not too hot, great flavor, readily available.

I prefer the original on my eggs and with tamales. Garlic for tamales. Chipotle is...meh...but I likely have't found what it best goes on. Habanero is good. I like it ebtter than chipotle, but haven't found the correct food to use it with.

Thanks. That's nice of you to say. I don't remember which one I gave you but it was a while ago. I've been doing more fermented varieties now, and experimenting. I haven't done the same recipe twice for quite a while. Will have to give you a recent batch. It pairs well with avocado

I'm pretty proud of the last one I did, thought it came out really well. habaneros, dates, kumquats and pineapple fermented for a month

Looks like these cans should be pretty easy to get if anyone was looking for them. Only about 15 in line atm.

It's only easy because it's not a pastry stout, plus everyone is broke after maxing out at monkish today.

Pretty cool dudes. They just came out and poured a couple cans for the people in line. Not a stout, but still pretty cool of them.

Maxing out at Monkish today would be $60, pretty scary if anyone is broke after that, just sayin.

    Cheers

They also tapped some Nana's at the end. Took a little while for them to get it setup but it was cool for those who stuck around.

Secret aardvark is pretty nice but I'm really digging Hot Ones Los Calientes and Queen Majesty's Scotch Bonnet and Ginger sauce a lot
