    Piece of Future is very good. For being adjunct heavy it actually has a decent balance and you still thankfully get some barrel too. Don’t sleep on BA Neck and Neck either. Not the biggest brandy fan, but it was killer. Hoping for a Bourbon Neck and Neck in the future.

    Can't wait for these. Piece of Future was incredible, and this sounds pretty similar.

    Had one of mine during Game of Thrones Sunday.

    It was so decadent. I thought the barrel flavor was more prominent than PoF, and the hazelnut/brownie batter taste was incredible. Mouthfeel was about the same as PoF.

    I've got 2 more remaining, and I can't wait to see what they're like with a little bit of age on 'em.

    Finally cracked open a bottle of Aphelion this wknd and was thoroughly impressed. Not the biggest hazelnut fan in beers so was hesistant, but this beer was just about perfect. Lots of chocolate and some nice heat from the barrel to balance everything out.

    Who’s ready for b2 of Brandy Neck & Neck???

    Rich A*F release this Sunday: Rich A*F -13.5%- Imperial Stout with chocolate, sea salt, and caviar. Each 4 pack includes four 187ml bottles with one bottle that has gold flakes.

    Looks like $40 a 4 pack of 6ish oz bottles. I trust 8th State and will probably regret this, but gonna have to pass on this price tag. Damn caviar...

    gold flakes? So dumb, and such a waste. Could have better utilized the bill for other adjuncts.

    I got a little sticker shock when I first saw the price but it works out to the same price per oz as Aphelion. Just different format

    I’m not saying their overcharging as I bet this was an expensive beer to make, but I’d just prefer a chocolate stout without the caviar if the caviar is only for novelty’s sake.
