Has there been any update about their taproom location in Chinatown?

Nah, I'd equate it more to, "My first stout was Maman" or something.

At the time, I was basically going because friends were and the Stripes were a band I knew a little bit about. I was not the biggest fan of live concerts, so I just kind of went on a whim. My mind was pretty blown away after that.

Before that, my only other real live concert was going to...somewhere to chaperone my sister to watch N*SYNC...with Christina Aguilera opening.

I saw Sonic Youth there in the early 90s. And Social Distortion. I'm old

Is that the equivalent of "I was friends with Ken Grossman in the 80's and drank early wort samples of Pale Ale in his basement"?

The 3 Chiefs collab will be released as a lottery. No guaranteed bottles of that, as far as I know.

They will most likely have plenty of Wild Pink Robots, and I've heard less than 100 of the 3 Chief collab.

Less than 100 bottles of something? I would be embarrassed to even admit that.

At least they limit it to 1pp at that count, still not optimal. Honeypot does 100 bottles releases(online) for their mead at 2pp.

Should of just been for on site consumption for that low. I ain't complaining, still gotten/getting all releases

Yeah I agree. I hate it when breweries make batches that small and bottle it. Throw it in a few kegs and serve it in house. But that doesn’t create all the hype bruh!

Pretty much every Three Chiefs release has been 100-150 bottles. It's one of the main reasons people are annoyed by them!

Even their can releases are like 70 cases.

Anyone know that the 3Cs collab release is going to be? Chocolate covered strawberry stout?

I think the Three Chiefs bottle counts have to be considered differently than others - they're selling homebrew, afterall.

I don’t. If you look at beers like Faha they clearly bottled way more than they sold at their release. They still constantly pull out bottles of it for events.

We probably shouldn’t ruin the Homage thread with TC talk though.

Got to Homage around 9am, walked out with Pink Robots at noon. Drank it that night - thought it was quite good. Won the Three Chiefs raffle and drank that as well, meh.

A big fuck you to the line share bros that left their garbage everywhere, leaving us (and poor Homage employees) to pick it all up. The disrespect is astounding.

It’s things like this that always have me rolling my eyes and chuckling when whalez only drinkers laud the “community” aspect of their hobby. Please, it’s a good ‘ol boys club where people only respect those that can get them a pour of their latest fix.

Lineshare whale chuggers remind of that scene in South Park where Randy can’t admit that he has a drinking problem because he’s “cultured”.

If you’re standing outside a building at 6AM getting drunk, waiting to buy more booze... Whether it’s Steel Reserve or a bottle of Handjee, you need some serious help.

Sometimes I feel like there’s a very hazy overlap between when you are big craft fan and just a drunk.

Video for those who need context:
