Yeah, was bummed when I showed up on the second-to-last day for bottle pickup to get my Henna, and there was nothing else to go.

Damn I wish they did this on Saturday. Want that Chaiwala.

Not a big fan of banana so I'm fine missing that, but wouldn't mind trying it. Congrats to the jobless or people that work from home, though!

We’re entering that part of the year where it seems nobody works past 11 on Fridays anymore (obviously an exaggeration). Lots of teachers on the loose now haha

Yeah, too bad we can't afford Big North. Oh wait, wrong thread

A teacher runs into a student with their parent in a morning beer line on a weekday in the summer. How much you want to bet this has happened? Do they:

    A) Awkwardly greet each other and discuss summer "plans"
    B) Ignore each other
    C) Give the child an immediate A
    D) All of the above in some succession

But aren't all teachers poor? How can they afford whales?!?!?

    E) Teacher rationalizes that the kid must be failing in school because the parent prioritizes his alcohobby over his kid meanwhile the parent thinks that his kid must be failing in school because his teacher is an alchy...

Some suburban high school districts pay teachers low to mid 6 figures if they have a couple of masters degrees and 12+ years of experience

I have heard of teachers making over 100,000 -150,000.......never heard of any making in the mid 6 figures (500,000).

I think you’re skewing a little high in the dollars and in the experience level to get there but you can certainly make a good living teaching/coaching. Many wealthy schools are actually in unit districts (paying k-12 the same) which depresses salaries though brings up the floor
