What beer are you drinking now? #2421

Good day BAs! It's starting off to be a sunny day here in NW PA but no worries about drought yet - the ground is still mushy. Yesterday morning at this time, the rain had just stopped. Today's New Breakfast Beer:



OK but nothing special.

 

Having an early go of it today. Brown Shugga' from Lagunitas. This is some really good stuff. Malty & sweet, full of caramel, molasses & some maple syrup. A strong dose of hops to go along with the strong maltiness.

 

Jr’s last day of elementary school, daughter’s last day of kindergarten. A little something special for the occasion.

Um, like there’s any other song to play.

 

TGIF advocates.. No work in sight just sunshine and good beer.. Starting off with this amazing stout from Grimm.. Pecans maple vanilla chocolate and all the works in this bad boy... Stuff is just A1 cheers

 

Moving on to some vanilla bean stout... At 20 a four pack this was a no brainer cheers

 

I was planning to go to Cleveland today, but things did not work out. So I took a day off, got all the chores done this morning and starting out with a Casita Cerveceria/Triple Crossing collaboration named Zero Cool a Munich Dark Lager.

I should have picked up some when I was in OBX, NC last week but I was too busy drinking NC beer. I hope sometime soon that Bell's changes its mind and will begin selling in VA again.

 

Beautiful day in nyc.. Wish grimm had a year round line up and this was part of it.. This beer is absolutely perfect cheers

I was at local Giant when I noticed that they had Two Hearted Ale, so I looked at the date, and they were from last year. The person next to me who was moving cans around noticed that, so he pulled all the cans out. So, I ask him if he worked at Giant, he said no, I then told him that I thought Virginia did not get Two Hearted anymore. He was embarrassed, and stated that he was the distributor and was in the process of correcting that. I told him that that would help as I had been purchasing them in Maryland DC, and North Carolina with no problem. He said that they would be resolving the problem soon and that Virginia would be getting them soon. We shall see...

 

Beautiful day today so why not bust out some stone fruit? This banger was sent to me by @AaronDz and is delicious on a warm spring day.

 

That is good news. Here is hoping that it actually happens.
