So was there a common thread with the DENNIS System beers?

 

Haven't been able to get over in a few weeks. Anyone try the Demon Barber?

I would guess Sunday. They were canning yesterday per instagram.

 

Nothing on their Instagram about canning....last update is 5/24

 

It was an instagram story they shared unfortunately so its gone now.

 

Confirming I also saw this. I would think Sat/Sun for the cans.

 

agreed - last 2-3 times have been Sunday noon release... see no reason for that to change. I think they mentioned somewhere this batch is coming from one of the new 15bbl fermenters, so there should be a lot more to go around assuming they can it all... though maybe save some for draught?

 

If only they started selling kegs

 

Finally got over. Had a Demon Barber. Very glad they’re making a low abv English Pale Ale. It’s a touch grainy, but love the variety.
Foggiest Notion is drinking realllllllll nice.

 

had both mac mittens and foggiest notion today, enjoyed both - maybe give the nod to mac mittens if I had to pick... pretty quiet aroud 1:15-1:30, wonder if they sold out..

 

No need to chase beer in NJ anymore which is nice!

 

Funny the way hype works. Twin Elephant is killing it and cranks out a variety of tasty beer in a very busy part of NJ. Yet they didn’t sell of Lil shimmy, a delicious and low ABV summer type beer. Yet Troon regularly sells out the same amount of beer within an hour or two in the middle of nowhere every week.

 

Troon does Crowlers, I've seen 3pp releases but they're very rare so its the same amount of beer. Personally I actually think TE is making just as good hoppy beers and you can actually drink them without a major hassle.

 

Exactly the point I was making. And I like Troon but the only time I’ve had their beer this past year was when I ate at Brick Farm Tavern.
