    I bought it at Binnys in Bloomington, IL - not sure I've seen it up here, but honestly I haven't been looking.

    I love Behemoth, both the BA version and regular. I usually like to let the regular sit for 6-12 months before drinking though. The hops are nice, but the best flavors start to come out after the hops fade a little, and it starts to taste a lot more like an English-style BW than an American-style.

    I somewhat agree on Behemoth, age does it wonders. But I really enjoy it fresh too. For me it’s either fresh or with 3 years of age on it. Anything in between us just good imo.
