    I haven't had Westveleteren or Cantillon of any sort. There are also a lot of other things I haven't tried. I can't even imagine how hard this would be if I had tried more Belgian style beers. We should increase it to 10

    Think I like DeStruise. So many great Belgian beers. You could easily do a top fifty and there would still be beers unfairly left off.

    You found another one! Congrats! haha j/k. I like the 8 ok, but think the 10 is wayyyyyy better. Personal preference of course. The amount of toast flavors were almost overwhelming in the 8 for me.
