Lame that they're doing a 1 case/pp limit on it when they only canned 35 cases.

you guys are right. we just changed it to limits TBD on saturday, and we'll look at what the demand ends up being.

 

$48 magnum, marshmallow DIPA, and TIPA - definitely a NYC release. I wish I was excited - am I just not getting how great these will be? Grimm fan needing convinced to go in Saturday.

 

The magnum is an easy pass for me considering none of my close friends care about beer the way I do/don't drink altogether. I'm 100% certain I won't get Comic Sans since I'm working on Saturday, and I'm alright with that. Butterfly Door was pretty good and I'm excited to see the details on 1st Anniversary, although I'm a bit burnt on double digit-ABV anything at the moment.

 

Pretty much where I'm at, the Magnum is cool but I'm so seldom in a position where it would make sense to ball out with a magnum. I'm probably not making it over until Monday so I doubt I get cans of Comic Sans but it sounds neat.

 

Gonna try to get there at opening Saturday like I usually do for a few 4 oz pours and pick up cans and be out before the crowd busts through. I know I’ve been bitching about high ABV beers lately with the summer months but Comic Sans sounds absolutely awesome.

 

For me it's the beer, I get excited about the Today's Specials, adjunct DIPAs are brutal to my palate. The sour sounds good but same - I don't have enough friends for it.

I don't mind, I would rather wait a week or two for a more low key day at Grimm. There will always be another day to go

I'm drinking my last Banana All 5th Anni Everything and if this stout is similar, it should be great.

 

I'd do dirty things for that magnum. hopefully it lasts a bit.

 

Have there been lines at Grimm on release days? I haven't lined up since opening day...

 

I've waited behind like 3-4 people at most, but I also haven't show up before like 5 on a Saturday in a while. I still can't imagine they've had anything approaching an Other Half style line.

 

Cans last a week plus...
