Is the new space ready? I wouldn't mind taking a peak myself.

I started working with Jeppe last July as a consultant. I helped put together the brewery, and babysit contractors. Toward the end of the build out, they offered me the opportunity to manage production. Early on, I was doing most of the brewing: figuring out the new brewhouse to see what processes worked to develop SOPs. At present, I mainly manage production: fixing broken things in the brewery, writing the brewing schedule, ordering materials, scheduling iron heart, among a million other tedious admin tasks.

Obviously looking forward to that monkish collab, but also gonna take a gamble on the that carrot beer. The avocado one was mad weird in a good way so i’m hoping this is the same

Think that's the Burley Oak collab so probably something not dissimilar to Carrot Cake Jream.

Just what I want on a 100 degree / 80% humidity day! A sour stout, an 11% TIPA, an imperial gose and a 16oz can of 14% imperial stout. The only thing appealing right now is the Threes collab.

Jokes aside, I wish they'd sell individual cans.

Last ET nyc Pilsner i drank has basically no carbonation as i poured it out of the can, and I believe it was only about a week after its release. Maybe it was just a bad can or got shaken up or something during shipping. Regardless Still definitely going to pick up that threes collab

this stuffs been getting disto all around nyc and long island. If theres something im too scared to buy a 4 pack i usually end up running into it at a place like carmine st etc

True, though if I’m there for a 4 pack I’d rather not have to wait 2 weeks to buy a marked up can when I’m at the source.

The Monkish collab, as expected, is awesome - nothing insanely interesting, just a very well done hazy tipa.
Luxurious Luxury was surprisingly really good but its extremely thick almost like a raspberry kids yogurt drink.
Glazed carrot crockpot is definitely weird but cool. My first time having a “sour stout” i’m going to have to finish the four pack to really decide how i feel

Sucks the Threes pilsner didn’t end up releasing. Guess its being pushed back to next week

Used their beer hotline for the first time today. I'm not normally a big 'imperial gose' fan but the reviews of Luxurious Luxury sound positive so I grabbed a 4-pack.

The new TIPA they released this week - "This Yellow Cab Smells Wonderful" is one of the best IPA's they've come out with from the NY spot yet IMO. Maybe a little heavy on the milk sugar but it definitely gives OH a run for their money

Apparently they're just waiting for a license to go through, otherwise it's 100% ready to go.

Considering I walked to Nowadays yesterday totally spacing on the fact the taproom isn't open on Sundays, I'm definitely looking forward to it.

For anyone on the fence about picking up their 12 Christmas bottle set (preorders end today) 2 collabs were posted on their instagram story:

Angry Chair: Imperial Stout aged on vanilla beans, coconut, coffee, vietnamese cinnamon, almonds, cocoa nibs and habanero peppers.

Root + Branch: Imperial Milk Stout brewed with milk sugar and aged on madagascar , tahitian and ugandan vanilla beans.

Has anyone used their beer hotline? It seems like you can schedule a time to pick up beer before they open at 5 during the week. Is this correct?
