I've been meaning to seek this one out, because I love Galaxy. And Toppling Goliath tends to have more hits than misses with IPAs.

I hope it does taste like Galaxy Fort Point used to, because Galaxy Fort Point certainly doesn't anymore.

Had to try some Galaxy Pseudo with all the praise... It lives up to the hype. Great beer. It's a real treat having TG on the shelves around here. Hoping we could have a shot at some stouts one day, but it's a long shot.

Did anyone see 2019 Sebago Barleywine this year? I thought it was normally released mid-winter?

If you factor in seasonal creep, it should be on shelves next month.

It is barrel aged, which could throw off the production schedule in any number of ways.

Toppling Goliath prices at my shop...
    Pompeii $13
    Psuedo $14
    Sumo $15
    Galaxy Sue $16
King Sue still $20 for some reason

I am second guessing myself on that one. Maybe it was $17. Definitely not $20 like King though. The rest are accurate.
Their prices on most things are even or better than other places. They once had Proclamation Tiny Brite Tanks for $2 cheaper than the brewery sells it. I'm not sure how that works.
There are a few outlier brands that are more expensive than other places though. Maine Beer bottles come to mind. $9 a pop I think.

That actually happens quite a lot. Breweries sometimes try not to undercut their retail accounts.

I was super wrong about Sumo's price. I went back to check tonight and it was $19.

In other news, Galaxy Sue is really good. It finishes clean but still has that bitter bite in the middle that I love. I feel like a lot of these newer breweries miss that bite and the beer just isn't as satisfying.

i know it has been said many times in this thread, but galaxy sue is really good.

supa sumo was like $5.30 a can and galaxy sue was $4.30 a can at the shop i went to. good thing they allow singles.

I've struck out at a few places for Galaxy Pseudo Sue.

Anyone know of any still around in the Somerville or Bedford/Burlington area?

Will second GalaxyPS love. It's quite tasty.

Supa is very nice as well but I much prefer SOSUS, which is up there as my favorite DIPA.

I found that GalaxyPS had quite a bit of that "over ripe/spoiled fruit" flavor that sometimes pops up in NE IPAs (and which I don't like). Just curious if I'm the only one who didn't care for this one? I've liked other TG beers I've had.
