    Weird, I got the opposite impression, though maybe it's just on the NYC stuff they send up. I can see stuff lasting once they're cranking out cans though.

    There was zero line at 2pm for cans at OH Rochester. Plenty of 8 acres left. Cases on cases.

    I find OH mosaic ipas sometimes have a weird flavor that reminds me of oregano or something like that.

    Late Saturday night taproom is good vibe, but are weekday early afternoons the best? I enjoy pours at both times I think.

    Peanuts is heavy on all counts, try before you buy.

    Dropping at noon in the taproom today, Cantillon x Treehouse x Monkish Double LAX Fou Fun Shot, imperial milk stout with small batch Nano Challa coffee that’s been ingested and deposited by @lorenzothebeercat, and hand picked wild Belarusian candied peaches. At 17.8% ABV this *beer packs a punch!

    Had a can of triple diamonds last night. Way better than the first batch. 2nd batch I never had so can’t compare to that.

    Sorry I hit send too early and the bit about it being dedicated to Shaun’s great grandmother’s youngest sister’s second husband, Cecil, who tilled the land on the adjacent farm from 1910-1947, consuming only the family well water for sustenance, got cut off.

    Close, you would think from the number of times they mention Cecil, and with the adoration that Gertrude, Shaun's great grandmother's youngest sister, spoke of Cecil, that Cecil was a person, but Cecil was Gertrude's favorite horse after her previous favorite had died. Hence only getting family well water along with whatever Cecil could graze in the fields after pulling the tiller all day. Animal rights groups have been pleading with Shaun for years to tell the real story about these animals and give them their due, that little cat Clover gets a label!, but he's worried about Gertrude's fondness for Cecil leading to some unnecessary digging into the extent of their friendship.

    Edit: Also surprised they're bringing back the vermont yeast! I thought they had sworn it off.
