I think they just used it in the most recent version of Dollar Slice which I think is the best beer they've done lately. I really wish they would just try to make the best beer they can again...or at least bring back the dual hops. These adventures in lactose, cheese, gatorade, ice cream etc are getting me down.

I'll always remember when OH was considered a "mature" brewery.

Ahhhhh - so Gertrude was from the Catherine the Great school of thought when it came to Equus ferus caballus?

ACE on the keg list. It’s happening.

For those missing dual hops, the double mosaic daydream + space diamonds cuvee is drinking pretty good!

I cuveed Practice with Cherry Cheesecake to see if either could get worse and there's definitely some uncharted territory OH hasn't yet explored this year.

Damn, your idea has me regretting my pass on both of those. Between those, painkiller cocktail, and this new neapolitan beer, the possibilities are exciting!

So... there were some potential galaxy comparisons afoot... space diamonds to HF double galaxy... this batch of triple SD to prior ones.... I need closure on these anecdotes.

I haven’t had DG for a while, but going by memory (which is notoriously unreliable I know) i’d def give it the edge too. Very different beers

Don't get me wrong...DG is my all time favorite and nothing has ever topped it. Someone here said they were gonna do a side by side and I was curious if that ever happened. A few months ago it was at "As Is" and I almost trekked up there just to sample it again...couldn't swing it tho.

I'm about to finish my last can of SD and I was wondering if I should give the triple another chance after finding it a tad too bitter last go round

question, I've been making about 1-2 Saturday releases a month over the past few months, missed this one. Looking on the website it looks like everything (or almost?) is still available. So my question - is the website kept super up to date? If so, is this usual? Can I sleep in on Saturdays and just wander in on a given Tuesday and usually find this kind of selection?

Barring some collab with a sought after brewery I’d say this is pretty much the status quo.

I’d say the one or two more popular items from the weekend release are liable to be gone by then (Tuesday). But there’s definitely no need to get up early on a Saturday. If you want to play it safe go on a Saturday afternoon. Just want to pick up some cans of whatever then Tuesday is good

I did a cuvee with space diamonds + forever simcoe on sunday "Diamonds Are Forever" seems good enough to call it. It was real good haha

    1) This batch of Triple SD is better than Batch 1, I didn't have batch 2. Less of the bitter you mentioned and I got in batch 1 as well.
    2) I feel like this recent batch of SD is better than Double Galaxy the last time I had it but that was last winter so I can't really honestly compare the two.
    3) Getting a can of Double Citra this week, so if we get ACE I can attempt a side by side comparison there

Veil has been doing this for years, did it for Other Half actually, believe the beer was called "Sam from Other Half"

Triple Space Diamonds batch 1 was pretty heinous right off the bat, but it got a bit better after a few weeks. Batch 2 is way better, as reported.

Use Instagram. They update “their story” every day, and always line up on the bar what they have can and bottle wise.

Not even the first time OH has done it, they did a collab last summer with The Veil called Two Phones that had JC from Trillium and Henry from Monkish on the labels.
