Did anyone manage to collect and cellar all 15? Has anyone seen Reverely available in bombers? I'd like to finish off the collection.
I have all 15. Gonna be mighty hard to drink anymore Take Two, though. Doesn't appear that Revelry bombers will be released.
I bummed about no Revelry bombers and nothing indicating thats number 15. I was hoping to finish off the collection.
I wonder if the lack of the "15 for 15" logo on the Revelry label has to do with them not wanting to submit the label for regulatory approval twice? (They're supposed to bring it back as a seasonal in future years.) I'm not an expert, but I have a feeling that might be why they opted not to include it.
I have the first 14 as Revelry has yet to hit the Rockford market. We're usually 2-3 weeks behind everyone else. Going to taste the entire line up in order with a few friends.
They were not releasing revelry in bombers nor does the package/bottle even mention it being the 15th in the series. They had some really poor marketing, distributing, overall everything on this. The Revelry party that was supposed to have all 15 on tap, didnt have all 15 on tap. Not to mention the amount they produced of each was based on the amount of sales/popularity it was when they were out in the past...that makes no sense when making a series. Great great great opportunity to bring in new people to your beer/styles but instead they just pissed off collectors trying to hunt them down because they hardly had enough to go around to major stores. I like two brothers alot...but they better step up their game when Lagunitas gets to town...cause Lag is going to dominate.
I felt like this whole series was a joke. Might as well ruin the happy ending by not even mentioning it on the last label. Oh, and let's really fizzle out by putting it in a different format. Basically, seems they know they screwed the dog and just want to forget this whole thing ever happened.
Two Brothers really should take the time to write a personal letter of apology to anybody that paid money for Take Two.
I didn't manage to get all of them, but after the entire Oh! Brother fiasco, I kind of gave up. So bummed out. I think I'm missing 3 or 4, and I'm not sure I'll bother with Revelry... However, Victor's Memoriale was surprisingly good. Take Two almost ruined my 4th of July.
I was able to get all 15, but my buddy is missing Philospher's Stone. He has an extra Pahoehoe if anyone would be willing to trade a Philosopher's Stone for it. PM me if you'd like to trade thanks
