My wife got one too and was able to pick her session to match mine. That was a nice surprise.

God, I wonder if KBBS will be the same as last year. I doubt they have any reason to drop the price, but it would be nice if they included a pour with the purchase of the bottle, at least.

Why would they when they can charge $20 for a 5 oz pour and the keg still blow in minutes?

I am betting on a similar format to the last release as well. They might do a mystery tapping again and throw some on tap for those who stick around but I doubt the purchase will come with a pour. The bottles they sell are expensive but the events that I have attended there are very well run and a lot of fun. I will continue to try to get down there when I can for these releases.

I also won the 2nd chance lottery. Wondering what was available on tap for the event last year. Appreciate any intel that is shared? Cheers!

Mornin' Delight and a bunch of varieties of Term-Oil, and then all of the regular stuff like Dragon Fandango and various IPAs. I don't think there was any Assassin on tap (I could be wrong), and definitely no KBBS or SR-71.

*I take that back. There was an Assassin on tap last year.

Yea just MD, Term Oil variants, and flagships.....unless you were one of the lizards following Clark and Mike around. Then you may have gotten to try ChainSmoker and Naughty Temple. Those were the only ones I saw them open, there could have been more. Don't count on those being options though as Clark generally doesn't do infinite bottle openings. Usually has to be a stroke of luck you may happen to be close to him at the time.....

I’m in Dubuque, Iowa for work and was thinking of making the drive to TG. Do they generally have cellar bottles or anything else to drink aside from the posted taplist?

My cans of Supa Sumo are filled in Golden Nugget cans. Can see it through the shrink wrap. Maybe this confirms you might be waiting a while haha

For the MD release, do I need to print off my ticket or can they typically read it off my phone?

Both work fine I use my phone but also print off a copy as a back up just in case.

So my wife and I won in the 2nd Chance drawing and we will be attending for the 1st time for MD. We have 115 pickup. Question for you guys, I'm sure it has come up before but I am looking to move up to any of the earlier time slots, anyone have contact info or how you could possibly trade time slots? I sent a email via toppling Goliath's webpage 2 days ago, haven't heard anything yet.
Thanks for any advice, we need to be back in the twin cities that day by 4pm gahhhh!

I dont think you can trade. They are going to be checking id's and only allowing the name on the ticket entry.

    From the email I got:
You MUST come during the session listed on your ticket, if you arrive before or after the session listed on your ticket you will NOT be allowed to enter. No proxies allowed. No late or early pick-ups allowed.

They tend to be pretty strict on the time slots. If I was going to recommend anything, it would be to message them on Facebook. I have done that before and they are pretty quick to respond. I would say the odds may be stacked against ya, but at least you will have an answer.
