Anyone have any insight on the large format raffle? Could have sworn somewhere I saw auction but maybe that was a mistake.

Always been charity raffles in past. Tickets at HF beer booth. Call out numbers near end. Bunch of options you can split your tickets between or put all in one.

Thanks that's much better. I don't think I could complete with farmhousbois for bottles

Another plus for the 'Cluse. Went yesterday for breakfast and noticed they now have Edward on tap along w other can/draft offerings.

Good times, some long lines that I avoided so I basically didn't get to try any drie specials, not necessarily as many whales as I expected, and some of the pour lines were brutally slow (lager station) but everyone was chill and the weather was perfect so not much more to ask for.
Clover b1 was a highlight for me. They were very diligent with decanting it for about 10 minutes with some pretty robust swirling but the end result was phenomenal, in my opinion.

Yea, pretty much lines all day if you wanted everything. VM 14, Intinction Merlot, Memoria we’re favorites. 3F strawberry and peach were great as well. Curry chicken meat pie was best in show.

I loved WOL Sara. Runner ups were CD14 and Florence puncheon. Clover was good and glad I finally got to try it. Only tried the strawberry drie. Opted for clover line over perzik.

    Really enjoyed,
Perzik, Event collaboration, Gamin from Bluageus, Works of love, and Robert Saison.
The gracious time from the brewers is worth the trip.
Classic Gyros was my food jam, After event at Highland lodge was superb
    Cheers Kate and Nate

Missed WOL SARA, was 7-8 back when Flora b3 kicked... also chose clover line over perzik. heard it was great. Got enough to make it worth while. Vinny is such a cool guy. Russian river just always kills it.

    Great event overall.

First time going tomorrow. Is there anything that will make the lines long releasing?

Week after FoFA tends to be a lull. I would anticipate a fairly quiet day. New releases are done on Wednesday and it was a growler only release this week: Genealogy-San Fermin, (2) 750 ml fills per person. So, unless you are interested in that, you should be fine.

Otherwise, list of what’s available is pretty awesome imo, top to bottom. You should walk away very happy with a larger credit card payment.

I was in and out and now my wallet is 200 dollars lighter. Good advice and will definitely be going back. Drinking a double Nelson now...absolutely fantastic.

I just had Double Galaxy for the first time at Armsby. Holy moly is that beer good. One of the best I've ever had.
Does anyone know how they are able to have four HF varieties on tap all the time when finding it anywhere else outside of VT is nearly impossible?

Good place = good beer. A small number of places with similar access.

Went for the first time on Wednesday, and was surprised to find they must have opened up much earlier than noon because there were a decent number of people there already. Picked up some growlers of genealogy (after losing my first growler ticket) and found them leaking out of the top quite a bit. Any else have this happen/is it normal?

I don’t think I’ve ever been when they have opened at the exact posted time. Always before 12 in my experience.

Odd and unfortunate. I feel like Hill does some of the best growler fills in beer. Have total faith in their swing tops. Never had any issues.

Was this residual, overflow from the fill? Were these stored horizontally? Your growlers, theirs? Curious.
