HOMES Milkshake sour. This was amazing. Solid head retention/spotty lacing. Aromas and flavors of huge juicy/tart/tangy blueberries, passion fruit, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, orange, peach, plum, pear, apricot, melon, red/green apple, red grape/wine, hay, straw, and grass; with balanced vanilla, cream, wheat, biscuit dough malts; light peppercorn, lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and spiciness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; very creamy, silky, velvety, bready malts/lactose; some lactic acid and fruit tang/tannins in the mouthfeel. Lightly increasing lingering tart/tangy dryness; no cloying/puckering. Refreshingly smooth/soft, no warmth of 6.5%. Amazing balance of juicy/jammy fruit, Lacto complexity, lactose, and pale/wheat malts against acidity. Light residual sweetness with lingering acidic/tangy dryness. Another home run as expected. 4.35
