Forever ever and hop showers with citra + Amarillo seems like the (potential) midweek going via the keg email

 

I need that HDHC lightning bolt on the can before I'm satisfied.

 

Isn't hop showers, where is my dual?!?!, always Citra & Amarillo? Then they ddh with X (+ sometimes Y)?

 

This thread has been around forever, and I assume the 1st page is still accurate but can someone confirm that dogs are still permitted in the taproom? Considering stopping by on Sunday with friends who have a dog and would reallllllly suck to have to turn around for that reason.

 

Seeing Triple mylar and DDH DMD for new can options, anyone confirm that? Thanks.

If you're sensitive to sweetness in beer, and typically find that anything north of 9-10% ABV automatically verges on the treacle, then, yes, they're fundamentally "the same." Within the prevailing chemical and physiological constraints, there's only so much space for a 11-16~% stout, loaded with adjuncts, to be anything else to most people.

That said, in my experience some of these beers, from broth Trillium and OH, can hit the individual palate just right at the perfect time. And they can be awfully special when they do. You just gotta be willing to take the good with the bad.

Probably a silly question, but one worth asking. Does Other Half stop selling cans any time before they close at midnight? I could make it tonight but it would be on the later side and want to see if it’s even worth my while.

 

I have bought cans late night... You'll be fine, with no traditional distro, they're always selling.

 

I'd say good rule of thumb is to do at the latest during last call, which is likely around 1140. Last night they called last call about 940ish and people were getting cans and closing their tabs

 

I will say Diamond Reflection is the best ROC beer I have tried thus far
