    Last guess: Cigar City Guava Grove (capped 750ml)! Another beer with insane lacing. I'm thinking it must be at least a hybrid Belgian style (insane yeastiness—it's that or hops that give such a crazy head).

    Not a bad guess, I was thinking of some Belgian Pales I've had with ridiculous head. The yeast they use in beers like that does magical things to their carbonation, head and body. I love it. Ever try Weyerbacher Verboten? OR, Captain Lawrence Liquid Gold. Great BPAs.
