No information yet on Coffee and Cherry except the Chicago release

 

According to our reps, shipping next weekish and in stores shortly after. With the odd shipping schedules going on during turkey day, I wouldn't be surprised if it came the week after. I doubt we will be looking at much quantity wise, but who knows. As long as I get a bottle to myself I'm good for the year.

 

I'm hearing that the Cherry Rye will be very limited.

 

While visiting Topeka, KS someone told me they were going to be charging $40 for a 4 pack.

 

Tell me about it. Hopefully it's just an example of one store ripping people off and not the real price for BCBS this year.

 

That's robbery. I hope to goodness nobody pays that outrageous price, and gives the stores a flippin' earful! If I saw that kind of price I would let them know I would never shop there again and stick to it!

 

I picked up a 4 pack of BCBS yesterday (Tuesday) at the HyVee in Urbandale, IA. $19.99.

 

So i gotta ask has anyone seen the coffee or cherry in Iowa yet?

I see postings its in Chicago and in a lot of places so far.....

Is the regular anywhere in Iowa City?

 

I went in there yesterday and counted 20 cases of BCBS. Also picked up Bolt Cutter and Enjoy By...that was a good (expensive) trip!

 

It's already in the warehouse, should be launching on the 4th according to our distributor. Who knows if they push the date up to the 27th, I'm not really sure. After that we should see waves of it every few months since it will be a year round release. That's the news on my end at least.

 

Not Iowa, but Beertopia in Omaha (at 36th and Farnam) got their shipment in. As of ~15 minutes ago they still had 2 full cases out, and it's possible they have more in back. $19.99/pack, limit 1/cust.

 

It arrived today in Topeka and let me assure you that was only one store and I know which one you are referring to. I picked up a case of it at another store and it was priced at $19 a 4pk. I would never support a store charging double MSRP.

Yeah, what a bummer. What store did you end up going to? I'll be there this weekend.

 

Cherry only had 300 cases produced. 50 of which went to Chicago. Expect this to be EXTRA hard to find.

 

Pretty sure the fancy bourbon counties will be going to bars instead of stores, at least from what I've heard. Just not enough to go around to make anyone happy.
