What Beer Are You Drinking Now #32

Ive been enjoying celebration ale the past few weeks, its been delicious. Unfortunately tonight its starting to taste like water, thanks to Djschnabel, who sent me two four packs of abrasive. damn you abrasive why are you do damn good! Seriously tho don't drink celebration after one of these bad boys, it taste like a light beer lol

Abrasive is as good as ever though, and hopefully dj likes the locals I'm sending his way soon. I've got some pretty tasty locals


Listening to the new deftones album which is surprisingly good!

I dislike non-barreled scotch ales. There's something about what a good spirit barrel can do to a scotch ale that makes it freakin' delicious.

 

Like let's say, I dunno, a bourbon barrel?

 

Drinking this tonight at a yearly tofurkey thing we go to. Should be a lotta fun.

wish I had a camera to do my evening justice. 2 ST 2xIPAs at dinner, followed by some delicious Knob Creek to go with a healthy slice of pumpkin cheesecake (manna from heaven!). A little more knob creek and now a Backwoods Bastard. I think Im almost done here for the night. It's been a winner. Tomorrow will be another long, satisfying day.

 

Green is a hot color to choose for a wax. The rareness of it is very obvious. Automatically adds .3 to its rating.

Cuir. Been sitting in the cellar for a year and finally stuck it in the fridge. For whatever reason some part of me hates the Bruery, and I wasn't all that excited about it, just one of those I wanted to get over with. Well, I was blown away. I believe it is an old ale...if so, it is the best I've ever had. I have a new found respect and can't wait to get into the BA version that was sitting right next to it.

 

I have a wall of FW 16 at the moment. I'll be cracking one of those to celebrate the end of my next 4 days of hell.
