Anyone know where one might be sitting around in Minnesota, northern Iowa or western Wisconsin? Just had a small pour of it today and it was amazing. Thanks.

Last time I was at South Lyndale Liquors (last week) they had one on the shelf...well the box was anyway with a note telling you to see the staff to pull it from their cellar. Give them a call. IIRC it was $199 a bottle.

Surdyk's had a similar sign up a few weeks ago. I can't remember what they were charging.

Here is the best deal you will find in the metro, without question: Falls Liquor in MPLS. $175. The best all around prices in the metro. (Abrasive is a flat $15 there).

IIRC Henn/Lake is $179.99, cash only. Best price in town on Templeton Rye, $37.99, if you're into that sort of thing.

Isn't it funny how I scoff at a $40 bottle of whiskey (which I enjoy) yet just days ago I paid $25 for a bottle of Bolt Cutter? Christ I really have my justification wheels spinning.

but all these years I've been shooting down my wife when she busts out the 'cost per use' theory on her $200 pairs of jeans...
