Going in during prime time on a Saturday to snag hop showers that's been around for a week, and only hop showers, is a baller move.

It's overly sweet and unbalanced. I don't know how anyone drinks more than 4 oz of the stuff.

    I haven't tried it though.

yeah i dunno why i bought a 4 pack of the mmmmmMMMMM..... watermelon/lime (sorry @RobNewton). It was not bad the first day, reminded me of watermel fruit roll ups, but now i have no urge to drink any more than the initial 12 oz. had one the other day and thought it had fallen off already and was undrinkable.

Took a CBS to the dome this AM while on behalf of various pork and beef cuts I stoked the gentle white vapors of my Weber Kettle grill-cum-smoker, and am now fueling the inner fire in the taproom. The Mmm... Watermelon indeed drinks nice in small pour but I wonder if it's optimal use is in a tequila cocktail. It's nicely salty, tangy, and leaves room for additional sugar if the drinker preferred.

Coco Krazee on the other hand should just be made into more icecream, or at least a boozy milkshake, if that's your bag. I'll trot back this afternoon on Eternal when I crack the 4pk.

I understand we've belabored the Park Slope/Gowanus retail beer options issue, but its unconscionable that there is now a wine/spirits store on either side of Union and 5th (Red, White and Bubbly and now Brooklyn Wine Co.) and neither of them sell craft beer.

I just took a little over a month off from beer to come back to an absolutely perfect batch of Double Citra Daydream.

Very thoughtful of you, Other Half.

Personally love Eternal Daydream, it's got that really (generically) fruity dry hopped quality, smooth and effortless drinking, but with a finish distinct from most other IPA's from the brewery.

Also, for those of you who don’t turn their noses up at a Nelson heavy beer, Yellow Chroma is a perfect 6+%er IMO. Thinner mouthfeel with an incredible amount of taste to make up for it.

In NY stores either sell wine & liquor, or beer, not both. Supermarkets here can have beer, but not wine/liquor.

I can only physically carry 2-4 pks at most. With a dozen offerings, which should I get today?

Great point. Allow me rephrase my statement: one of them should have been a craft beer store.

Double Citra Daydream is always a must for me. I'd probably check out Eternal Daydream too.

I take public transportation to/from OH so I face this problem all the time. If it were me, I'd get the 2 Rochester beers just to try them. Yellow Chroma is made with Nelson hops which some people just don't like.

I'd also consider double citra daydream like @tinoynk mentioned. OH does amazing citra beers. Double Cream Get the Honey also got good reviews from the regulars here, so I'd consider that too. You can get samples (within reason) FYI.
