Enjoying a Terrapin So Fresh and So Green.
Wow. If you like Citra Hops this a great example of a brewer allowing the Citra to shine .
I will definitely be picking up more of this.

I'm catching up on the episodes of Homeland that I missed when power was out.

All ready to stuff and finish off with a bit more bacon in the morning. 23lb bird with 4lbs of bacon!

Imagine a 15lb brisket with the same treatment + brown sugar based rub and that is what I'm doing for Saturday, a.k.a. TomHanksGiving.

    Assume you're smoking?

Well we wouldn't want it getting cold. A bacon shirt seems warm and delicious.

Just oven roasted for this one. It was a last second decision to even do it. I wish I was joining you on TomHanksGiving though!

I don't know if they have BassPro out in CA (only seen limited SF/LA), but they run a Black Friday special on the smoker I picked up last year for something like $150. Crazy good deal for the amount of tastiness I've gotten out of it over the last year...plus it's only about the size of a mini-fridge.

If you ever find yourself in the Chicago area you're welcome to raid my baby a#s cellar!

To put a turkey in a bacon shirt you must be smoking something...
