Anyone have anymore intel on this? I'm quite intrigued.

I did a count from a sheet I keep and totaled 11 to go bottles of stout/porter from this time last year until now. I may have missed a couple. The bulk of those came from Sept ‘18 through Jan ‘19, by my count 7.

We all know they release when their beers are ready, but if last year is any indicator, there could be an uptick once the fall/winter come around.

Feel like new bottle releases have been featured on the Saturday before a Wednesday retail for awhile now. Based off of that, I wouldn’t expect any new bottles this week.

Last year, there was a month lull from July to August. Then from the end of August through the end of the year there was a new bottle almost every week.

Hopefully it's a pattern. I'll be there October 19th and hopefully it's not too crowded due to the leaves changing.

If there’s a new bottle being released CW *usually* gets an email the Saturday before. No email this week and they already listed the new cans on the website so *most likely* no new bottle this week.

What/who is "CW" that usually gets an email again?

What's the catch? $100 entry fee plus $10 monthly premiums?

No cost, but little opportunity to join. It was opened only twice (I think) and low numbers of members. There was a lottery for the 2nd time they opened up membership.

There was a $100 cost ("entry fee") in 2016

Ok, for some reason I thought that could be used as credit during your initial bottle pick up.

Higher now. No credits. No freebies. No problems.

Complete waste of time trying to join CW

Gotta love the social media age when those same CW members flaunt their grabs publicly and make us all horde over Hill more

You’d think being apart of the Hill Farmstead Hood Society would come with rules of inconspicuousness

I thought it did, but the curtain continues to be pulled back more and more. My favorite part is seeing CW bottles in posts by non-CW people who clearly had expendable income.

Yikes...they should swap those people out for CW members who actually drink their beer...like me.

Honestly though, I've been wondering for awhile if they'd open it back up. It'd be cool if there was a designated time period for membership and then a new batch was chosen.

Are you able to buy single cans or do you need to buy the 6-packs?

Not 100% on this, but I think it is 6 pack (or 4 packs for a few they have put in 16oz cans).

Thanks, the only reason I ask is because I'm hitting several breweries and due to budget and actual room to store them in the car/at home it would be nice to buy a couple cans of what I want at each stop instead of locked into 4 or 6 cans
