I wonder if doxxing members will be included in said terms.

    So this just happened....

"We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for supporting The Bruery as a coveted Hoarders Society member. This is our most important society membership tier and we’re happy to formally invite you to rejoin for 2020. Enrollment opens on September 4th, but please note that space in the Hoarders Society is extremely limited - an invitation does not guarantee you a spot.

We take the Hoarders Society membership more seriously than anything else we do, so our mission for 2020 was to add as much value as we possibly could. For example, you will now have fourteen HS exclusive beers compared to six in 2019 and a total of $890 of beer value in addition to exclusive event access, and priority access to all releases. Also, you will have the choice of The Bruery only, Terreux only, or a combination of both for the first time. For the full list of included beers and benefits please head to www.thebruery.com/hoarders2020.

Our approach is to keep the Hoarders Society as exclusive as possible, offer the most value possible in every way, and further create a bond with the best beer connoisseurs in the world. As a result space will be more limited than ever so we encourage you to rejoin quickly.

Thank you again for your support and we look forward to experiencing all of The Bruery's creations in 2020 with you, whether it's new beers, re-brews, or the combination of those with great food and company.

    Cheers,
    Barry Holmes, CEO

While the rest of you guys start a bunch of thread drama because of that bolded line, I'm just gonna dream about Maple Black Tuesday

    Yum, love it, can't wait

There's Soie (anniversary) and HS-exclusive Soie Reserve - is that gonna be DBA or something like that? Also multiple other double barrel aged beers in the list, 2020 gonna be awesome

Yeah that disclaimer raised my eyebrow too. However, the included beer list for mixed HS looks great and only a couple not included that don’t sound like dealbreakers to me.

Not sure how I feel about the whole “Invitation doesn’t guarantee membership” thing, but I’m too emotionally exhausted to make a stink about it. I’ll just make sure to be on at 10am next Wednesday.

Holy crap that bottle list look AMAZING!!!

Also, I'm assuming the membership cost is going to stay the same, but neither the email nor the website state the price... (unless I'm missing it). Small detail.

I skimmed over the last part until just now but oh man, Choc Reign 2020, more Churriosity, Voodoo collab and third Side Project.

Correct, the cost for both our Hoarders Society and Reserve Society memberships will remain the same as previous years.

All killer no filler. 2020 looks legit. Time to limber up my F5 finger.

Even though the beer comes first by a long shot, thank you @Holmeba for the detailed and clear communication on what to expect from the membership. It was a point of confusion and frustration last year. I really appreciate the course correction this year!

So they suggested cool BT stuff coming this year for the 10 Anniversary... But with Maple BT, Reserve, Rum, and Aloha Friday lined up for next year what on Earth have they held back!?!

Very excited that the BA 12 days set for next year seems to imply a non-BA set coming this year. Jives with the 375ml labels revealed earlier. Yum!

Thought for sure I’d be doing HS Mixed but after seeing the list I may have to go straight up Bruery. Damn.

Reserve list looks great, but some of those Hoarders exclusives are WOW. Jealous.

I can't decide if I would select Hoarders Mixed or Bruery only. I primarily drink stouts but do enjoy a sour every once in a while.

Trying to figure out if I am reading this wrong...
If I chose hoarders mixed the only beers I might not have a chance to purchase are DBA Melange #1 or DBA Rum Raisin Anniversary. (these are hoarders only and included in Bruery only or Terreux only) All other beers are open to other membership levels or are included in the mixed hoarders membership.

Hello all. Long-time lurker, first-time poster here.

I am soooo excited that HS will now offer a Bruery-only option. It's something that I'd emailed Patrick about last year and recently Barry, so I was beyond stoked to see it actually become a reality!

Having said that, I am a bit taken aback AND nervous over that “Invitation doesn’t guarantee membership” line. There was never any question that I would lay down my $700 to re-up Hoarders the day it became available, but I never expected I'd have to fight for it, either? And of course, the 4th is a Wednesday, project meeting day at work. :flushed: I just hope that the email doesn't come before 10 am, or I may miss out if this turns into an F5 fest. :slight_frown:

Anyway fingers-crossed I don't get shut-out because next year sounds incredible! Oh, and I can't wait to get tickets for this years BT Release Party and Brunch. Yeah!!

Pretty sure hoarders hasn't "sold out" in some time. I doubt the F5 mashing will be necessary.....

I can’t imagine you won’t get access to buy more of those. I’m sticking with the mixed because it seems like you get the same amounts for most Bruery only stuff.

Got to admit that the RS list is almost as impressive. Reserve, Sundae Sunday, Room for, Pie Happy, and new Maple BT! Stuff I've been wanting to try for years. Kind of regretting getting the HS nod...

Nah, who am I kidding. Stoked!
