sounds like Breakside will have something available (growler). Laurelwood is putting a FH hazy on tap that he could get a growler/crowler of.

Ex Novo FH Eliot is awesome and available in cans.

there will probably be others as well.

as for distribution, if the brewery does cans/bottles, then they usually matriculate around town at the usual bottle shops/high end grocery stores. Johns Market and Belmont station would be good places to check out for any/all FH offerings

Would call over to John's before heading over for any FH stuff. They seem to run through their allocations pretty quickly. When I stopped by on Tuesday, FH Eliot and FH Occidental pils had already come and gone. The FH Level IPA was the only thing they had available.

On the other hand, Belmont Station still seemed to have a fair amount of both the Eliot and the Pils.

And yes, I've seen the level FH Oktoberfest around town in both cans and on tap.

I picked up a couple cans of Level FH Oktöberfest at Beermongers last weekend.

It's tasty, but I didn't get a lot of fresh hop character in it.

Not to my knowledge, we've cycled through a couple different sales/deals for the taproom since I started. Right now we have mix and match cases of our regular 22oz bottles for $45.

When you say he’s heading to Oregon, is it safe to assume you mean Portland? Availability of FH beers will vary around the state.

I'm curious what's out in your area of the state? Will be running around central OR and Bend area next week. TIA

He is going to be in Newport. Whatever that means.

Forgot that I had a couple more Fresh Hop Occidentals in the fridge and cracked one. Sixteen days after canning and the Fresh Hopiness is completely gone. Still a solid pils just not the same.

Just another reminder to drink Fresh Hop beers ASAP.

Crux released Pert Near today, and that’s it. The Occidental, Ex Novo, and Level FH have not yet shown up, if they will at all (none of those breweries has what I’d consider “full” distribution here). The peak for releases seems to be the last 10 days of September to the first 10 days of October, give or take a week (okay, maybe two).

Had a glass at the horse brass yesterday, and I completely agree. Still picked up a hint of that fh aroma and flavor, but it was nothing like the beer I sampled at the brewery a couple weeks back. Still a good beer, but was amazed by how much the fh aroma and flavor profile had faded in such a short time.

It means he's going to the beer wasteland but there might be a smidgin of hope. Wolftree is going to make a FH with Centennial2340106102703695

It's not that bad, I tend to exaggerate but compared to the I-5 corridor it is a wasteland, don't expect to find much in the stores.

Baerlic is releasing Fresh Hop Punk Rock Time IPA in cans this Tuesday.

From the Facebook event: "This version of our award-winning Punk Rock Time IPA is cold condition'd on 6lbs/BBL of fresh from the farm Strata hops from our dear pals indiehops. Packed full of watermelon and overripe tropical fruit and just the right amount of that fresh hop 'green' note layered over a soft and crisp malt body."

    YUM.

Checking out the fresh hop Smashbang IPA at Breakside Slabtown. Quite a nice beer. Think I'll stick around and check out the Fresh Gold while I'm here.

Tried the Crux Pert Near yesterday, the aroma was skunky bordering on garbage/decay but the flavor was a huge payoff of fruitcup and dank resin. Kinda like eating a stinky cheese you enjoy: the overall experience is positive despite some element that the body instinctively rejects. Thinking about going back today for more to see how/if it/I changed.

I see you guys in OR seem to be getting the fresh hop stuff first...or so it seems based up this post. Any canned or bottled FH stuff available/recommended in or around Seattle tomorrow?
