SAVAGES (v2) Hints/Hauls

I kept dropping calc when I went to Madison. Then 25 years later it resurfaced when I was getting my MBA. Not a fan

 

Hint #2 - i have never been to either of my targets states, although, I have driven through one of them.

 

I'll get one more hint in before I leave on my fishing trip. Lake of the Woods, here I come. My next hints won't come till Tuesday, though, I'll be watching this thread when I can.

Hint # 16:
@CanConPhilly will like this, because there's math, though, easy math involved. I live in the St. Cloud, MN Metro area. The elevation here is around 1030 ft above sea level.

Target A, where you live is around 633 feet lower than I am at.

Target B, where you live is around 1007 feet lower than where I'm at.

Hint #1 Target A&B:
I've never shipped, or received from either of you.

Hint #2 Target A&B:
I've never been to either of your states, though I've been closer to Target A's state than Target B's.

Hint #3 Target A&B:
Both targets I'm shipping to are South and East of me. I was actually surprised that Target A is south of me, but a check of a map confirmed it.

Neither of your states touch mine - by land. They may, or may not touch by water. - EDITED AGAIN.

Both of your states were part of the US after the Revolutionary War, either as states, or territories.

Both of your states have fewer US Representatives than my state does. This will still be true after the 2020 census when Minnesota loses a seat.

If you combine the land area of both of your states, it is less than the land area of Minnesota.

Both of your States were admitted to the Union before mine was.

Target A - Your State House of Representatives has more members than Minnesota does, but your State Senate has fewer members.

Target B - Your State House and Senate has fewer members than Minnesota does.

Target A - Your state has produced 2 US Presidents. (Born in said state) - EDITED

Target B - Your state has not produced US President.

Hint #13 A&B:
Minnesota has 3 interstate highways running through it - I-94, I-35, and I-90. None of those goes through your state.

I've reviewed more beers on BA than you both have combined (850 when I write this).

Hint #15:
The State Quarter program was popular a while back. Both of your states appeared in years that mean a lot to me: the years my nephew and niece were born.

Target A's state was featured the year my nephew was born - 1999

Target B's state was featured the year my niece was born - 2002

 

Last time I took a math class was senior year of high school. My science degree didn’t require it, thank God, or I’d still be working on it.

 

Looks as though I'll be north, surprising right?

 

Ok, I do have time for one more hint, and this might hit my targets over the head with a sledge hammer.

Target A: Rose Wilder Lane, who was a famous writer, lived in your town from the late 1930's, till her death.

Target B: I couldn't find any famous people associated with your town. That being said, Ray Stevens made a song called "The Mississippi Squirrel Revival" , and where the church is, is the name of your metro area.

Continuing the trend of state facts...
My state was granted statehood on July 9th, 1776. Your state was granted statehood on a month with the same first letter.

Hint #2 (Target B):
At least half of the users in this BIF have an account that is older than yours.

 

Got a lot of catching up to do, but have my targets!

Going to drop 2 hints:
Hint 1: I would have to cross a major body of water to drive to either target.
Hint 2: Both of my targets stats are large than mine.

I'd say I'm out also. Minnesota was granted statehood in May, and it seems I'm in the older half of members of this BIF.

 

If you mean tree house this makes me very aroused.

 

According to my spreadsheet, 17 members (including myself) have an account older than yours. And 17 members have an account younger than yours.
