My main go-to fruit beer. Flavors of big juicy sweet/tart raspberries and fruit skin/seeds; with moderate wheat, cracker, biscuity malt balance; and some light herbal, grassy, spicy hop earthiness. Fair amount of fruit tang/tartness and light herbal/grassy/spicy hop bitterness on the finish. Balanced bready/grainy wheat creaminess and fruit tang/acidity in the mouthfeel. Fairly crisp with light-moderate acidic/tangy/bitter dryness. No pucker/astringency. Always amazing, so refreshing. Glad this is year round, and in cans now. Will always keep it around. Glad Blushing Monk has returned, which is the imperial Belgian version of this one. Already got a lot of packs, and it is still around too.

Oddly enough I missed Geoff Tate just a week or so ago.

We don't get Queensryche just John 5, I saw Queensryche a shit ton back in the day. They are missing a ton of original members and it will be a cold day in hell before they ever reform.
The new stuff is alright and Todd la Torre is a hell of a singer. You ether like what they are now or you dont there is no right or wrong answer.......lol

What a great change of pace. Great IPA. I guess Im going to be a LNBA for awhile. Been playing this song on guitar since I first heard it. From a great record. Rough Mix - Pete Townsend and Ronnie Lane and lots of great guests. [IMG]

I've had every single packaged version of SN Oktoberfest. They have been mostly Festbier styles last few years with the collabs. This year we are back to being an actual Marzen. This was awesome. Aromas and flavors of big honey, brown sugar, white bread dough, toasted biscuit, and light caramel/nutty malts; with some herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery hops. Light herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body; creamy/bready/grainy malts, and some sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Lightly increasing bitter dryness; no cloying/astringency. very clean lager flavors, minimal fruity/yeasty. Very smooth, no warmth of 6%. Awesome clean/rich Pils/Munich malt showcase; with great noble hop presence/balance. Light residual sweetness with lingering dryness. Spot on stuff as usual. Would get another pack.
