What's your Beer Happy Place?

Have to admit, I drink on the John, and sometimes in the shower...always happy - Cheers!

 

Oddly enough, it looks pretty much exactly like Happy Gilmore's ...

 

He was the best ever, the last man of his kind.

 

My back covered deck. I'm watching the sun go down and enjoying a beer as I type. I built it and I built the bar on it and the bar stools. I hang out with family and friends here. I listen to music. I read. I sit on it while it's raining. I enjoy my morning coffee. It's perfect.

 

I'm with you Raul, but for me it's (was) Marty Brennaman calling the Reds. So comforting to sit in my shaded garage, with the door open, to get all the smells and sounds of Summer and listen to baseball. And he will tell you that the one broadcaster he looks up to is Mr. Scully.

 

That is one of the happiest beer places. I miss post-baseball game beers with the team in the parking lot. Glad you got a group for that one!

 

I can be pretty happy on my deck when we are on Cape Cod.

 

So I'm guessing you are not a 2 fisted drinker?

 

In the backyard, having a beer while smoking meat on my Weber Smokey Mountain. There is something very therapeutic about building and maintaining a fire, getting some nice wood smoke going, relaxing outside or getting some yard work done, listening to some tunes with a beer in hand and waiting for the meat to be done.

Here's an 8½ lb pork shoulder going on the smoker at 6:30am.
