My target replied to my request to rank beers, ty for that. You will be getting 2 of said beers.

My box is just about full - I need an 8th beer. It was a lot of fun putting this box together - I hit 4 wants (surprisingly), 1 should be, the growler has never been bottled but has been aged, 1 is a first time being bottled local-to-me beer. I think my target will be happy - going to try to ship Monday, we'll see!

Okay, time for a hint from me. I've got my box together and growler decided, just need to get it filled. Managed to hit five of my target's wants and rounded the box out with limited locals.

Hint: My target has expensive tastes The five wants clocked in at $95 dollars, with four out of the five bottles having a tag of over $20. Additionally, four out of the five wants are barrel aged, one of them vintage.

Box to go out this week so as to make sure I can get the growler fill I want, also barrel aged!

 

Bought two growlers from a very popular brewery in Northern California and can't figure out which to ship and which to keep. Should I post the two options and poll again?

Another hint, my target still hasn't replied to my previous post.

Alright, so I've put the final box together and just need to pick up the growler. So here are for a few clues. I'm going to ship next week Thursday with hopes it lands exactly on the 5th. Of the 7 bottles, 6 of them are barrel aged. 2 Bottles are brewery only releases, though all are limited release. All but 1 beer is above 11%. 5 of the 7 are wants, with the other 2 being released within the past month, and not on the wants yet.

Guesses??

 

Of the 7 bottles my Target will be receiving...

...all have been released since my wife and I moved here in September.
...6 are Wants.
...6 have been in barrels.
...5 incorporate fruit. In honor of Hanukkah, one of these is made with strawberries - my favorite jelly donut filling. =)

The growler is still TBD, but I know which brewery will be represented. But it will be a hoppy mofo, no doubt.

 

Ok another hint. I am going to a brewery in a different state to try and pick up a want that is brewery only draft only. Should go out Monday.

 

Mine is definitely heading out tomorrow or Tuesday, depending on when I can pick up the final bottle. It is heading to a town that shares its name with at least 5 other towns across the US.

 

My targets box is going out tomorrow with three wants (many of his wants are not available on the west coast) one ultra limited brewery/ beer store collaboration release, three beers have spent time in barrels, one had fruit in it, two awesome IPAs which should have been wants. Oh yeah, and growler of course. My box will be traveling to a state which has a football team which had a HUGE win yesterday.

 

Traveling back to Seattle this evening and should be putting the final touches on my box and then picking up the growler sometime this week.

My box will be heading east (not much of a hint, I know)

Still have some deciding to do on which bottles to include, lots of options, but it will have at least three wants possibly a fourth if I can find it in time, and a newish bottle that probably would be a want. If I can't find the fourth want I will include a recent release of the same style.

Pretty much all bottle shops in Seattle have taps and fill growlers, but I will likely get a growler from a local brewery that is up and coming. If I can get the beer I want it will go nicely with one of the bottles I plan on including.

 

It's a blessing and a curse. One store has 39 taps..
