I've never been to Twin Elephant, a tragedy I need to address. For nostalgic reasons I need this beer (life long Souls fan).

Can someone fill me in on the scene? Will there be lines? Will this beer sell out day of release? Do I need to get there early?

there will be a line at 7... which will be gone by 7:45 with plenty remaining til end of evening... last 2 releases lasted several days... only wrinkle is this has never been canned before, so it may sell a little faster - but that's just a guess. It's also a "collab" with the Bouncing Souls, which could also drive interest from non-beer nerds

Fri evening releases are pretty cool though cause people hang out and have pours etc. The line forms on the outdoor patio, which is inside the brewery/taproom so it's pretty chill... but I'd advise a 7:30-7:45 or later arrival to avoid the pointless wait. Or, come whenever (i.e. even before 7), have some pours and grab your cans when you are ready to leave.... only downside is the line for pours can be slow given the increased crowd

"I've met some people along the way. Some of them split some of them stay. Some of them walk some walk on by. I've got a few friends I'll love till I die". We are super excited this weekend to release new in cans our 7.1% ABV American IPA "True Believer". It was a pleasure and an honor to collab with one of the herd's favorite musicians @bouncingsoulsnj and the homie @bryan_kienlen who painted up the label. These will drop Friday at 7pm and the allotments are 2 four packs per person at $18 per. We also have 3 new beers to partake in whether you are making the trek or just rolling in local.

First starting the weekend off on tap we have "Bully Foot" a 4.9% ABV Tangerine Honey Kolsch. "Ohh mad one. We see your trap. You can never escape your fate. Submit with honor to a duel.” You see us using old style, the courtship of honey doughed Cologne type pilsner malt fermented with Kolschbier yeast and conditioned on Morris County wildflower honey and tangerine purée. Clean, crisp, dry, sweet, this is that bro-mosa dawg! Hi-C and Tang embrace in a shirtless hug. You need to hit this.

Next up tapping on Saturday we have "Clincher" a 5.4% ABV American Pale Ale. This beer reminds us why we do what we do. Remember the resonance of meaningful connections, rock it down by law, live life plugged in, loud, and beholden to the code of bond! This IPA announces itself with a flourish, Cashmere and Mosaic hops burst thunder in your mouth. Sweet like a bag full of smashed strawberries, shaped by biscuits, this hoppy cake is drenched to the bone with that dank diggity.

Also tapping on Saturday is "Beautiful Oblivion" a 4.2% ABV American Wheat. Turn your mind states inside out and let’s put that tender heart in a blender and watch it spin around in a beautiful oblivion. An ‘Merican Wheat that looms large. Hibiscus, grains of paradise and coriander rendezvous with a plumping of blueberry purée. Here’s to the night. Notes of tropical hibiscus blueberry jello, soft white cake...tart, sweet session jammy situation infatuation.

Also, we still have bottles of our barrel-aged sour "Felisa" available to go at $14 and for onsite pours at $18.

Not too surprised, True Believers is one of Twin Elephants best beers.

I'd say don't sleep on the Set the Vector Wet Hop Idaho 7... if you like the dirty, earthy hops mixed with some juice and a little saison funk... drinks more IPA like than the usual STV, but I thought the hop profile was delicious.

look like Brix City and TEB did 2 collabs, one at Brix City, canned and released this Sat. at Brix... other done at TEB. Not sure if that's to be canned or draft? Guess we will find out.
