Not only ending Wunderkammer for the time being, but leaving HF. Hopefully doesn't hurt HF too much, but sounds like he wants to continue Wunderkammer in some form in the future.

Wow...huge bummer. They were such a great follow up to Casita’s beers and were just as exciting as the HF mixed culture stuff. I’ll definitely miss them.

How prominent is the bourbon barrel character in the maple syrup? Also, my curiosity got the best of my wallet yesterday at Armsby Abbey and bought a 12 dollar draft of Autumna. It was definitely delicious, but dang that price.

I thought the BA syrup (last batch) was really thin and little to no barrel. Not that I want bourbon pancakes but I really couldn't pick up on any.

Maybe the syrup I typically use is thicker than most. Parker's is the best syrup I've ever had and will be sticking to it from now on. Not barrel aged. Just great maple syrup

It’s not thick or super barrel forward, but still very, very good. My wife bought me a bottle of the pappy syrup a few years ago and was the most barrel forward syrup I’ve tried. Really intense but worth the money.

Doesn't everyone know NH syrup is the best?
(just giving props to my state because we are forgotten New England beer state)

As someone who loves non barrel aged stouts, Genealogy Kieni is excellent. One of the best coffee forward stouts I've had.

M&C (forget which edition) and Flora Blueberry we're available for on site today. Opted for the Flora, was good not great IMO.

$95 for Art is stupid and kind of annoying
