OH website only shows 9 beers for sale, no $129 tea, hot dog , broccoli as of 12:20. Can that be right or did they not update for today ?

Sounds like fun but when the doctors ran tests on him after eating a carb heavy meal his BAC went above .40 that's a lotta buzz.

Yeah, there's been multiple cases, but it makes easy copy for a "science article." Joking aside it's a nasty condition, with the chronic inebriation and horrible bloating. Anybody interested take high end iv antibiotics and proton pump inhibitors (ie. Prilosec) and I suppose some Brewer's yeast and voila! You're miserable AND unemployable. Good luck affording those pastry stouts on your unemployment checks!

$1.29 Tea (can’t believe I just wrote that) has that melon flavor if you’re looking for it. Not a usual citrus bomb, and I convinced myself it actually tasted like a tea on the finish. Fun hop combo

Seconded. A friend and I have worked through most of the beers released between yesterday and today and we both agree that 1.29 tastes the best, so far. Might need to get more.

I liked it, the Simcoe shines through.

Does Other Half generally have cans available during the week or is it all sold out on Saturday?

    Thanks,
    A midwesterner

Nowadays they usually have cans available all week long. And they tend to release cans 1-3x during the week as well. Sometimes they have 10 things for sale, sometimes 2, just depends on the week and the beers released.

Had the Descending with maple and coffee, agreed it tasted great (coffee forward), not too sweet, but also a little thin for the ABV. If you like the SDW, this should hold you over IMO. The $1.29 Tea is a trippy beer; it definitely had that melon flavor but also a strong berry character with the typical OH low-bitterness.

Otherwise I finally tried Daydreamiest and I don't see a lot of love for it here, probably because compared to other OH 10%'ers it's sweeter than most. Approach with caution.

Any more thoughts on the bigger stouts?

Also I hate to say it but this batch of double citra a bit too sweet

Having had both HDHC versions of Triple Mosaic (tosed and non-tosed) It’s interesting how different they taste. The non tosed version was super in your face mosaic. Overboard, but in a fun way like you wouldn’t mistake what you’re drinking. The tosed version is way more sweet, less distinguishable of the hops, and just overall not as enjoyable to me.

Score another one for the non tose beers!

Anyone check out how the beer selection is at the new Wegman's and more importantly if they have a sandwich section where they make buffalo chicken sandwiches
