I have to agree here, I’ve had phenomenal beers using this hop exclusively, and I’ve had others that you’d have to suffer the first sip and pour it out. I’ve had the same experience with Simcoe whose is a kissing cousin, one beer is terrific and fruity another tastes like smelly socks.

    Yep my experiences exactly.

I don't remember what this beer tastes like so I have no idea what you are getting at here but I am open to trying things I have not had before/had in a while.

Its straight onion soup. It's always been the go to make fun of beer when it comes to onion flavors. That's all.

Still tasting great outta' my fridge, the acrid taste has toned down Not near as bitter per my tastes as a hoppy 7% + ale, nor is Phase Change (another tasty beer when fresh)
But after all neither are supposed to be IPA's

I was on the first page of this thread saying I quite enjoyed the beer (on tap).

I don't know if it's the difference between draught & bottle, or maybe cuz it's no longer "yesterday" fresh but I just had my first 2019 bottle. Meh. If I had known it'd be like this, I would have only gotten one.
