Help with dry hop schedule

    I use a fair amount of Briess malts for ceratin beers, and it works fine. Bells uses a lot of Briess and they make some pretty good beers. Last I was in Shorts brewpub all I saw were bags of Briess, and no one compalines that those lack flavor.

    Hey for some reason my IBUS for this recipe is about 86 I have read that most DIPAs have well over 100 IBUs should I up my hops in my boil. I am Gona do 2 oz magnum in the 60 min boil

    I don't think it will matter. Once you get above 80 or so I don't think one's tastebuds can tell the difference. Plus it's all theoretical based on calculations.

    As ok yeah I figured I had enough, Iam just going to dry hop it like crazy. Can I throw in my hops right in my secondary there leaves and pellets

    You can but you will probably need a muslin bag or something along those lines tied to your racking cane so as not to clog it or suck up the hops when racking to bottling bucket. I dry hop in the keg and the hops go into a hop bag.
