If I wasn't able to order Cascade I'd trade you my last KH because I'd honesty take 2 Casades over KH any day.

    Except that KH wasn't rare...

Personally, I'm quite close to simple boycotting trading with the Midwest because of this sort on nonsense. Plenty of folks elsewhere will be interested in your cascade

Rare to the individual - in most all cases, yes it was. I think that this a more important metric, rather than total bottles produced. While Cascade batches are smaller, they are easy to buy online, in bulk, and have shipped.
Cascade makes a lot of great beers and I spend many Saturdays there this summer.

And, King Henry is one of the best of its style.

Nightstalker is all over the place in many parts of the country and being released again soon. The Abyss is boring and its rating is one of the few things on here that baffles me.

If you really want a beer you will trade enough to make it happen. If you want to trade stuff you can get again without much difficulty, or stuff you have multiples it's probably not going to happen. If you can honestly look yourself in the mirror and say if the offer was reversed you would make the trade, it will get done. That is if you know anything about beer/trading in the first place...

What, that it's apparently cutthroat, selfish, and all about profiteering? Sheesh, there's no reason any one of those Cascade beers couldn't easily land a King Henry, so long as those that have some King Henry aren't trying to ransom them for something "better" or "more valuable". If anyone's ever been so reflectively reticent about a trade, there's certainly a problem...

You would trade a beer you can't buy again or atm for one you can?

Look at the ISO/FT forum and you will see what I'm talking about.

I have before, and I likely will again. Just because a bunch of people have lost some perspective doesn't mean I have...

i think that's what trading partner are for. Offering up BA Hoppin frog and stuff you can pick up at Binny's for a KH doesn't seem much to do with perspective. But hey, if you want some stuff I can grab at the store for your KH I'll send you some nice extras
