    Hey y’all, Raul here. Not sure why the last thread got closed, but here I am on Wednesday morning with a great beer gifted to me by my friend FerDingo - Other Half Citra Daydream. Wow, it’s always a treat when I get this stuff. The feel is just so smooth and creamy. They don’t make beers like this on the West Coast.

    And to all my BA’s out there: bless you. Be well, provide happiness, and live gracefully. We are so blessed to drink these awesome beers and be apart of such a great community. I love this place and I just want the best for all of you!:

    I had a wild hair up my ass (is that the saying)? So I decided to pop the last beer from my haul that my friend Dingo gave me. And wow, this one is simply off the hook.

    Drinkable but pretty weak in the smoke department. Still, better than one I once had that tasted like the malt was smoked over burning rubber.

    Happy Wednesday ba. Holly shit bags is it cold - the hell is going on with these temps? Day off so I'm gonna knock some brews back as always. Starting with Coffee Cup, a double coffee stout, from Common Roots. Grabbed a single can after seeing some of the reviews/ba score but for me this just isn't all that good. It drinks fine for more of an imperial stout but despite the cans claim this is rather lacking in forward coffee flavor. Not impressed,

    Right along here ba. Citra Dreams, a ddh all citra ipa, from Captain Lawrence. I'm always a sucka for citra and it's mostly because I'm spoiled with Sand City and Other Half who do citra so well. This isn't bad but its far from great. Semi-fruity and semi-dank but also a bit powdery and cheap tasting.
