CO Barrel Aged Stouts

I think they all started hitting distro a couple days before the brewery release.
I think they were all $16, except $22 for the Quintuple. I think. Retail looks to be a couple bucks more

 

So has this been confirmed? I had a keg of it last year and was hoping to do the same this year.

2017 was the last year it came out?

 

I'm about 90% positive I had a couple bottles of it last year??? But then again maybe it was the year before...

 

Yeah, I have seen reviews of the 2018...

 

@Steve_0 @Bitterbill there are still bottles on shelves, but was confirmed at GABF and on the BBB release thread under the beer release tab here on the BA.

 

It was definitely released last year.

 

Old news for this thread, but when I did the mini-serve high octane Stout tasting last weekend at Avery, my fave was the Bon Bon Cerise. Holy moly. Maybe too rich?

Also really enjoyed that Bon Bon Cerise. Super balanced bbl character and not overpowering w/ the cherry.

 

The 2 BBB variants are very interesting and tasty.

So...Odell Barrelled Treasure Imperial Stout showed up, sipping on it now.

Pretty complex flavours going on. I really like it but will do a review after I have another bottle or 2.

You folks opinion on this one?

 

VERY interested in 25+1 from Left Hand. Sounds like its brewery only, which invokes a sad face emoji from me.

Pumped they’re doing this though.. popped a 25th anniversary stout a couple weeks ago and its definitely improved compared to last year when it was released.

 

I bought a case. Some will go out.
